Option 1
Half-day tour
A focused historical route through Rizal Park and Intramuros, with a small amount of flexibility for opening hours and traffic.
Pickup • Rizal Park • Intramuros • Fort Santiago • San Agustin / Casa Manila • Drop-off
Pickup and route briefing
Meet your separate tour guide and driver at the confirmed hotel or pickup point. Before leaving, the guide will check museum opening hours, confirm your interests, and agree the best order for the four-hour route.
Rizal Park
Begin at Luneta and the Rizal Monument for an introduction to the national hero and the events that shaped modern Philippine history. The open park also gives the guide space to set the historical context before entering Intramuros.
Intramuros
Continue into Manila’s Walled City, where churches, plazas, defensive walls, and Spanish-period streets form the centre of the historical tour. The guide can adjust the walking and driving portions around the weather and the group’s mobility.
Fort Santiago
Explore the riverside citadel that guarded the entrance to the Pasig River. Its barracks, gates, and memorial areas are closely connected with José Rizal, who was imprisoned here before his execution.
San Agustin Church or Casa Manila
Choose the church and its historic surroundings, or Casa Manila’s reconstruction of an affluent nineteenth-century home. The final choice depends on opening hours, queues, and the interests of the group.
Return or agreed drop-off
Finish at the hotel or another confirmed central Manila drop-off. A different endpoint can be arranged when it fits the route and does not extend the agreed tour time.
